Exchange Policy

At Gloura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can exchange your product within 15 days after receiving it.

We only allow exchanges if you have used up to 30–35% of the product.

To be eligible for an exchange:

* The product must be in its original packaging
* The seal should not be completely removed
* The packaging should not be damaged or tampered with

*Note:* Items bought during sales or promotions cannot be exchanged or returned unless you received the wrong product.

How Exchange Works:

2. Share your order number, product name, and reason for exchange.
3. Our rider will deliver your replacement product to your address.
4. When you receive the new product, please return the old one to our rider.

Standard delivery charges will apply for exchanges.
