At Gloura, we care about your satisfaction and aim to give you the best experience with our products. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

We offer refunds only in specific cases, such as:

* You received the wrong product
* The product was damaged or leaked upon delivery
* The product was missing or empty in your order

Refund Process:

* Share your order number, details of the issue, and photos if needed.
* Once your request is approved, your refund will be sent online (through bank transfer or mobile wallet).
* Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days.

Important Notes:

* Refunds will only be given for valid claims as listed above.
* Sale items can also be refunded, but only 70% of the total amount will be returned (since they were purchased at a discount).
* Refunds are not applicable if the product has been used more than 35% or damaged after delivery.
